This is a high-support bra built around one practical idea: a three-row hook closure at the back. You fasten it where you want it, the racerback shape keeps the straps sitting flat between the shoulder blades, and when the session is over you undo it instead of peeling it off. No wires anywhere.

Fabric and construction

The bra is cut from an 82.5% polyester, 17.5% spandex knit. That is a high spandex content for activewear, and it is what gives the fabric its compressive hold: it grips rather than stretches out, so the underband keeps its tension through a session instead of loosening after twenty minutes.

The moulded cups sit inside a smooth outer layer, which keeps the surface flat under clothing. Edges are bonded rather than folded and stitched, so there is no ridge to press into the ribs. Cut and sewn by hand, so slight variation of 1 to 2 cm between pieces is normal for knitwear and not a fault.

Fit and sizing

This bra runs true to standard US sizing and is designed to fit closely. Because the back is adjustable across three hook positions, the underband can be tightened or loosened by roughly one size step, which is useful if you sit between sizes.

For high-impact work, choose the size that feels snug on the loosest hook rather than the middle one, so you keep room to tighten the band as the fabric warms up. If you prefer less compression for yoga or walking, take your usual size and wear it on a looser setting.

Is this bra suitable for running?

Yes. It is built as a high-support style: a wide underband, a racerback and a compressive knit work together to limit movement. It has no underwire, so the support comes from the band and the cup shape rather than from wire.

Can I adjust the straps?

The straps are fixed, not adjustable. Fit is set through the three-row hook closure at the back, which changes the tension of the underband rather than the length of the straps.

Are the pads removable?

Yes. The moulded cups lift out through the internal openings, which makes washing easier and lets you choose a thinner profile. Reinsert them flat and smooth before wearing.

Will it show under a fitted top?

The outer face is smooth and the edges are bonded rather than stitched, so it sits flat under a close-fitting tee. The racerback shape and the hook back are visible under very thin or open-back tops, as with any high-support style.
