Are the inner shorts attached, or separate?

Attached. They are sewn into the same high-rise waist seam as the skirt, which means one piece to pull on and no second waistband. That is also what stops the skirt riding up in a run: the inner short holds the position and the skirt follows it.

Will the skirt ride up when I run or jump?

The short inner layer does most of the work here, because it stays put on the thigh while the outer panel hangs from the waist. In a full sprint or a box jump the skirt will lift and fall with the movement, which is normal for a skort, but it returns to place rather than staying bunched at the hip.

Is it opaque enough to wear without tights?

The knit is dense and opaque in normal wear, including squats and forward folds, and the inner short adds a second layer where it matters. Very pale colourways read lighter in direct sunlight, as pale knits do; the black, cocoa and grey are the most forgiving.

Can I wear it for tennis and court sports?
